Frances Satyadevi Miller

Hello, my name is Frances and I am the proud owner of Yoga By The Sea.

I attended my first yoga class in my teens and from then on I knew it was something I needed in my life. It inspired me to start my training through Ashram Yoga. After a few years working in the corporate world, and realising it wasn't for me, I decided to follow my heart.

Yoga has helped me in so many different areas and various stages in my own life. It brings me great joy to be able to share this practice in the community, as I believe everybody can benefit from yoga.

 

Through a light hearted approach to teaching I aim to guide my students and allow them to be present and appreciate where they are in their practice.

This is a dynamic session where postures are combined with the breath to create a smooth flowing style of yoga.

Restore Classes

 

Incorporating breathing techniques and inverted poses to restore energy & rejuvenate the body and the mind. 

Yogalates Classes

 

A fitness routine that focuses on building strength with postures, flexibility and breath work of Yoga.
