Hatha Flow Classes (General) - level 2

These classes blend the faster flowing sequences of vinyasa style, with attention to individual asanas (poses), alignment and mindfulness, to create an invigorating blend that builds both strength and heat in the body as well as calmness and stillness in the mind. Your class will typically incorporate sun salutations, standing and seated postures, inversions, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation.

Gentle Yoga Classes - level 1-2

A gentle hatha based yoga class with an emphasis on breath to bring awareness to the body while we move away from stiffness and toward flexibility and strength.

We will mindfully flow through a full range of postures; seated, lying, standing, balance, pranayama(breathwork) and meditation.

Restore & Renew Classes - level 1

This is a restful practice that incorporates pranyama(breathwork) & inverted poses to restore energy and rejuvenate the body and the mind.  In this class the majority of postures are either lying down or seated – so it is also suitable for those with injuries or to ease into practice after a break. All levels welcome, from newbies to experienced practitioners.

Through a combination of gentle stretches and supported poses you will feel completely revitalised & restored.
